摘 要:微博传播中的“蝴蝶效应”能在较短的时间内发出巨大的威力,带来舆论上的暴风骤雨。初始条件的敏感性、微博的“零进入门槛”、微博的即时互动性是其存在的外部条件。微博用户的标新立异、同趣聚集及非理性行为是其存在的内部条件。微博的“蝴蝶效应”不仅使谣言四起混淆视听、微博公信力受到损害而且还会引发群体性事件。应对微博“蝴蝶效应”,应该做到政府部门、微博媒体和用户三管齐下,规避其带来的负面影响,使微博传播健康发展。关键词:微博;蝴蝶效应;传播 10153
The Butterfly Effect in the Transmission of Microblog and the Countermeasures of this Problem
Abstract: The Butterfly Effect ,which is spread in Microblog, could burst with great power in a relatively short time, and bring a storm in public opinion. The sensitivity of the initial condition, the “zero barriers to entry” and the real-time interactive are the external conditions which the Butterfly Effect rely on. The seek for unconventional, the gather for same interest and the irrational behaviors of the users are the internal conditions. The Butterfly Effect of Microblog, not only causes rumors to confuse the public, but also brings harm to the credibility and leads to mass incidents. In order to face the problems, the government, Microblog medias and users could work together to avoid the negative effects and make Microblog to develop in a healthy way.
