中小企业成本费用控制的研究
通过分析许多中小企业的成本费用控制，可以发现大部分中小企业的成本管理和控制水平低下、视野局限，陈旧的方法和思想已经不能适应企业自身发展和外部环境变化的需求。建立与时俱进的成本费用控制系统、进行更加行之有效的成本费用控制可以帮助中小企业最大程度地增加经济效益、提高核心竞争能力和综合管理水平，是中小企业实现更好、更快发展的必经之路。本文主要从当前中小企业成本费用控制存在的问题、成因的分析，以及中小企业应采取的相关措施这几个方面对中小企业成本费用控制进行研究。87322

Research on small and medium-sized enterprise cost control
Abstract With the rapid development of economy, the market competition is becoming more and more fierce。 It is difficult for SMEs through low-price products to occupy a place in the market。 The traditional cost control concept has been unable to meet the development needs of SMEs。
Based on the analysis of the many SMEs ,it can be found that most cost management and control level of SMEs are very low and vision-limited, old methods and ideas can not adapt to the needs of enterprises development and changes in the external environment any more。 SMEs are gradually exposed to various problems in the process of production and operation。 To establish a control system, more effective cost control can help SMEs to increase economic benefit and improve the core competitive ability and the comprehensive management level。 This paper mainly from the current cost control problems of SMEs, the causes of the analysis, as well as SMEs should take measures to study the cost control of SMEs。

中小企业成本费用控制的研究
0 引言
市场经济条件下，一个企业的产品成本是衡量企业在市场竞争中是否占有优势的重要指标。企业为了弥补产品生产过程中发生的各种支出，只能通过增加产品的销售收入获取利润，这也为企业的未来发展提供了费用保障。因此，企业需重视成本费用控制工作，成本费用控制的好坏会对企业的生产成本有直接影响。然而对目前大多数中小企业的运营管理状况进行分析，可以发现这些企业在成本费用控制上存在很多不足，不利于企业的发展。中小企业需要不断改进成本费用的控制模式，才能依靠低成本的优势在众多企业中脱颖而出，为企业未来的长足发展奠定基础。
