Abstract
As one of the most popular sitcom in Europe and American even global the world, Friends have got a enormous receivers all over the world by its humorous dialogue and relaxing story lines. It not has only brings provoking dramas, also has provide more things about culture. Especially have the unscramble of American culture. In this thesis, it have the supporting points by Friends and Love apartment to analysis the person’s characters in the sitcom. And have deep analysis the vision of friendship, love and affection，that help people to comprehend the discrepancy between east and west.

TV play Friends is a situation comedy that has been broadcast for 10 years by the NBC television in the United States since 1994. It is one of the most successful and influential TV series in the history of the United States and around the world. The play describes a series of stories about six friends who lives in the New York City. It has been deeply loved by many people for a long time, and it is still an enduring play until today. It has achieved a great success all over the world including China , and many universities in China have used the film as English listening materials or cultural background information.
The reason of the popularity of Friends is because we can see another normal life which different from us with a lot of laughs. All kinds of people confilt and make jokes because of the emotions , principles, interests and statues and so on. Meanwhile, family, friendship and love are also refined in this play. The play virtually becomes a mirror of the people's daily life, allowing us to learn how to live, to appreciate the beauty of life. In addition, this play presents and reflects the really contemporary social life in the United States. You can say that it is a typical representative play of the contemporary American culture and it is a nice resource that we can understand the American feelings and learn American cultures.
In 2009, Jiangxi TV broadcasted Love Apartment as a hit series.This play stands out in comparison with the other TV series. It appeals many young people for its original form . In 2010, the play Love Apartment Ⅱ was launched during the New Year and then became a hit series that all the people likes it. This play is directed by
Weizheng. There are seven main characters, and we can say that everyone is the main role in the play which has its own story. They live in the same community called the love apartment building. These young men and women have different status, different backgrounds and different dreams. In the Love Apartment, normal but funny stories happen everyday, and sometimes funny, sometimes romantic, sometimes weired, sometimes touching. They present young people’s attitude to life by teasing each other back and forth, they make many wonderful jokes by many fashion words. The play reappears every aspects of life in a special way--situation comedy, and it is very close to our daily life. There are no big stars and luxury teams, even the propaganda is very little. However, it crammed into the national top five TV plays in summer, and then created a miracle rating. Love Apartment was popular from the first section and now it has been taken for four seasons.
