劳伦斯笔下的女性形象分析(2)
In 1986-1988, Lawrence’s works caused research boom in China. From then on, every year there are a lot of researches about his works. These studies are mostly concentrated on Sons and Lovers, The Rainbow, Woman in love and Lady Chatterley’s Lover this four novels, and for his other novels, prose and poetry study is much less. However, the imbalance phenomenon in research is gradually improved. This paper is important to the analysis of the female images in his works, analysis of female images in the works, their different attitudes towards life and love and their different fate. Through the analysis we know that women should have what kind of life pursuit. This article will discuss the problems: (1) Describing the author’s social background and family environment, (2) Analysis of Lawrence’s several typical images of women, (3) Analysis the causes of female image, (4) The conclusion, putting forward the influence of Lawrence’s female images in today’s world.
