摘要作为四项基本语言技能之一,英语写作是英语教学不可缺少的一部分。然而高中英语写作状况并不乐观。学生的写作水平普遍不高,缺乏高效的写作技能。本文从反馈理论的概念和应用出发,经过分析和比较研究,呈现出反馈理论对英语写作的影响,提出了一些建议以提高反馈理论应用的高效性。本文采用对比,调查问卷,采访的方法对部分教师和学生进行了研究,结果显示了反馈理论在英语写作中的重要作用,以及学生对反馈理论的态度和期望。研究结果有助于提醒教师在日后教学中充分考虑学生的个体差异,并采用适合学生的反馈形式,增强其英语写作水平。49949

Abstract As one of the four basic linguistic skills, English writing is an indispensable part in English teaching. But the English writing level in high schools is not much optimistic. Generally speaking, students’ writing level is not high, and they lack effective skills to  write compositions. Based on the concept and application of feedback, this paper will present the impact of feedback on English writing by way of analysis and comparison. Meanwhile, some suggestions will be proposed to improve the effectiveness of feedback. Comparisons, questionnaires and interviews among a certain amount of teachers and students are adopted in the research. The results show that feedback plays a vital role in affecting writing results in English writing as well as the attitudes and expectations from students on feedback. The study results remind teachers to consider students’ inpidual differences in the future, and adopt suitable feedback patterns for specific students so that students’ writing levels can be improved.

I. Introduction  English writing is regarded as a vital productive skill. Students’ linguistic ability on expression can be reflected through writing. The teaching of writing is the key chain in English teaching of senior high schools. Students step up efforts to improve their English writing level. Teachers work hard to help students make further progress. However, there are universal problems in students’ English writing. In order to make students reach a comprehensive development, the study on the teaching of English writing is very meaningful. We should choose a superior pattern in helping students improve their English writing successfully. Teachers should get more information about the attitudes of students and students should express their ideas towards teachers actively. Between teachers and students, a better interaction can make more effective feedback on writing.
