How to effectively utilize curriculum resources for teachers is a relatively unfamiliar area, coupled with little systematic research on current curriculum resources, the problem of the use of curriculum resources has become a topic worthy of further exploration for curriculum reform.

Our English teaching and research community hold relatively narrow understanding of the Curriculum resources concept, and pay too much attention to the textbook-based curriculum resources, or representative modern educational technology based curriculum resources, rather than the importance of creative curriculum resources beyond textbooks, especially the activities and resources represented by human resources. This leads to the current situation that the traditional English teaching methods and models to instill knowledge-based so far failed to fundamentally change and the status of teachers in Curriculum Resources Development failed to be fully tapped.
