摘  要：在人类眼睛的世界里，颜色对视觉的感染力与冲击力是非常强烈的。世界上每一个人对不同的色彩都有独特的视觉感受，导致这一现象的因素包括不同的种族，生活在不同的地域以及不同的时代。所以主题性餐饮空间的设计应该按照地域、时代以及菜品的风格进行设计。在中国就有很多主题餐厅就很有特色，例如新疆，四川的很多主题餐厅就是以他们的菜品的风格及地域的文化来设计的。不同的空间陈设与颜色搭配，可以影响人的情绪，然而对于餐饮空间更加重要，因为它的空间陈设与颜色搭配不但能影响到用餐者的心情，而且会影响菜品的形态，好的颜色搭配甚至会调动你的味蕾。在人们获得的外界信息中，有80%来自于视觉。相对于滔滔不绝的讲述，人们更加倾向于用自己的眼睛去了解事物。在进入一个陌生的空间时，第一眼映入眼帘的是物体的颜色，然后才是物体的形态。
