The Chinese ancient jade appraisal industry situation and corresponding solution
Abstract：In today's market economy, China is in a large wave of art collection. The collection of ancient jade rapid fast, but also exposed the chaos of the ancient jade appraisal industry , which makes the credibility of the entire industry has been questioned. Specification jade appraisal industry has been put on the agenda. How to purify the environment in the disordered ancient jade appraisal industry, maintaining ethical cosiderations has become a top priority. Through this research, hope to provide some new ideas and references to in the development of the ancient jade appraisal industry,to expedite the development of the ancient jade appraisal industry management mechanisms.

一、绪论
（一）研究目的
在收藏史的记录中，我国共出现3次收藏热，第一次是北宋时期，第二次是康乾盛世期间，第三次出现在清末民初。 虽然在各个文献中记载的三次收藏热的具体时间跨度范围略有不同，但不可否认的是我国自古以来就有收藏玉器的时尚。而在市场经济的今天，中国正处在一个古玩艺术品收藏的大浪潮中，人们称之为：“第四次收藏热”。
然而，古玉收藏热急速升温的同时，也暴露了古玉鉴定业自身的种种弊端，古玉鉴定体系混乱、鉴定机构诚信缺失、古玉鉴定业缺少业界公认权威、古玉鉴定专家职业道德迷失等等问题浮出水面。从2000年亿元自制“金缕玉衣” 骗贷到2011年“汉代玉凳” 赝品拍高价，使包括已故国家文物鉴定委员会副主任委员的史树青、原故宫博物院副院长杨伯达、故宫博物院研究员周南泉等业内最著名的几位玉器鉴定专家推到风口浪尖。古玉鉴定专家的权威性受到打击，整个行业的公信力受到质疑。规范古玉鉴定业水到渠成的被提上日程。如何在鱼目混珠的古玉鉴定行业中，净化古玉鉴定行业的环境，文护行业道德成为了古玉鉴定业发展的重中之重。
（二）研究意义
中国人讲究“盛世玩收藏”。近年来，艺术品市场除了原有以收藏为目的的藏家外，越来越多的投资者将眼光瞄准了包括古玉在内的艺术品投资，艺术品与金融不经意见走到了一起。艺术品的金融性日益突出，这使得作为衡量艺术品金融价值的鉴定环节也凸显得尤为重要。
