【Abstract】
Old factory today has become a aiming at sustainable development of the new project. Old buildings can not only maximize the use of the original building resources, also can through the transformation, the new the old factory building in a certain extent, new vitality and new operation mode. Building on the success of third woolen mill support, our planning mainly around the old factory building reconstruction planning. Retain valuable parts, remove the obsolete parts, integrated into the commercial landscape at the same time, make the building reflect history lasting appeal and new spirit, the old buildings are mainly on the ecological planning, so that you can transform into a new generation of old factory building "green" buildings, to gradually improve the urban ecological environment, to promote construction of their own value and add new luster to the city.

1 引言
1.1 项目研究背景
常州位居长江之南、太湖之滨，处于长三角中心地带，与上海、南京两大都市等距相望，与苏州、无锡联袂成片，构成苏锡常都市圈。常州是一座有着3200多年左右历史的文化古城。曾有过延陵、毗陵、毗坛、晋陵、长春、尝州、武进等名称，隋文帝开皇九年（589年）始有常州之称。1949年设市，经度：119.95 ，纬度：31.78。现辖金坛、溧阳两个县级市和武进、新北、天宁、钟楼、戚墅堰五个行政区，37个镇、21个街道办事处，807个行政村、323个居委会，总面积4385平方公里。年末常住人口为4591972人。
常州大成三厂建筑群集中建造于1937-1946年间，主要由厂门、警卫室、办公室楼、原料库等建筑组成，建筑基本完好，占地面积约36467平方米。大成三厂，大成纺织染公司1934年筹建，1947年春陆续投产，1949年意诚布厂并入。公私合营后，1956年又有志盛、大公、义利、顾竟昌布厂及民生布厂部分并入。1966年，更名为常州第三棉纺织厂。大成三厂建筑群为刘国钧实业主体之一，是我市目前保存体量最大，最为完整的早期纺织业建筑遗存，是常州地区民族工业的特色建筑群，是近现代纺织工业发展的重要历史见证。2011年末，江苏常州文物保护管理中心对外公布由中国著名的爱国民族工商业者刘国钧创办的“大成三厂旧址”被升格为省级文物保护单位，其中的古建筑群成为文化遗产被完好的保留了下来。
