A Study on the Relationship between College Students' mental subhealth and Their Temperament type——the normal university of Zhoukou
Abstract: The research will study the relation of psychological health status and mental subhealth status of the normal university of Zhoukou teaching training between non-teacher training be united in wedlock CMI and MR and provide guidance. The research of this thesis will improve the psychological health quality,forming health personality of the college students. Results: (1)The proportion of college students psychological subhealth is 82.47%, what is prominent.(2)Different types of temperament influence the college student's psychological health. The mental health of melancholic college is worst,they are the most prone to mental health.Secondly,the choleric college is easier to produce mental health.However,canguine and phlegmatic college is not easy to produce mental health.(3)The university student of heart subhealth is choleric and melancholic mostly.This explains that,different temperament types have varying degrees of influence on the mental health of college students.

大学生心理亚健康与气质类型的关系研究
引言
现代社会经济文化迅速发展，社会竞争也日益激烈，各种因素导致人们的心理压力不断增大，人们的身心健康受到严重的损害。亚健康即是不患病又不完全健康的中间状态。WHO调查表明，全世界患有疾病的人约占20%，真正健康的人约占5%，而处于亚健康状态的人高达75%[1]。我国的一项调查表明，有50%-70%的人都处于亚健康的状态[2]。因此亚健康问题已经受到各个相关领域专家与学者的普遍关注。
尤其是现在的大学生，他们正处于趋向心理成熟的关键时期。有一些研究表明：现在的大学生心理健康水平低于社会上的其他人群，属于心理疾病的高发群体。在心理咨询的来访大学生中，高达70%的大学生处于“心理亚健康”状态[3]。在校大学生进入社会后所从事的职业有很多具有很高的社会责任和职业风险， 而师范专业大学生选择教师这一行业的人数居多，这就需要他们具有良好的心理素质。无论国内国外，对于在校大学生心理亚健康的研究方面还比较薄弱，研究多局限于警察、护士、医生等职业人员，而对于在校大学生的研究比较少[4]。然而大学生群体的心理健康问题有其特殊性，冯炎等 研究得出大学生心理亚健康的诱因有：(1)大学生在自我定位时容易出现偏差，出现自卑心理。在生活学习就业中遭受挫折后会表现为情绪低沉，不思进取。(2)自我评价很容易受到情绪波动的影响，心理不成熟，对自我评价会比较片面、理想化。(3)大学时期恋爱现象比较普遍，但是大学生心理还没有完全成熟，因此在与异性交往过程中出现问题后，不能正确处理矛盾。(4)大学生在大四时会面对就业及各个方面的压力，一些学生就会由此产生失落、自卑甚至怀疑自己的心理。(5)本身的人格缺陷，不健全的人格会对社会造成很大的危害。(6)有些大学生沉迷网络不能自拔，互联网就是一把双刃剑，带来好处的同时也有极大的危害，一些不健康内容如网络游戏，时间久了会造成他们冷淡、多疑的性格，认知也会越来越麻木，情感越来越冷淡。
