摘要:目的 对大豆磷脂进行粗提、精制以及质量研究。方法 究首先采用有机溶剂法(95%乙醇和丙酮)对大豆油脚进行粗提,接着采用超临界CO2萃取法对大豆磷脂粗品进行精制,最后采用一文TLC法对产品定性分析,高效液相色谱-示差折光检测(HPLC-RI)法对产品定量分析。结果 本研究最后得到的大豆磷脂产品符合国家标准要求,呈淡黄色粉末,PC含量为75.15%,丙酮不溶物含量为90.33%,水分为1.4475%,酸值为8.0851 mgKOH/g,碘值为94.1512 gI/g。结论 利用该法制备的大豆磷脂外观、水分、酸值、碘值等指标均合格,适合于工业生产。8074

Study on The Preparation of Soybean Phospholipid
Abstract:Objective To research about the crude extraction and purification and analysis of soybean phospholipid. Methods Firstly , the study used organic solvents method (95% ethanol and acetone) to extract soybean oil gum cursorily , then used SC-CO2 extraction to refine it , finally , the study adopted One-Dimensional TLC and HPLC-RI to conduct qualitative investigation as well as quantitative analysis. Results The study got product that conforms to the state standards is yellow crystalline powder. There into , PC=75.15% , Acetone Insoluble=90.33% , Moisture Content=1.4475% , Acid Value=8.0851 mgKOH/g , Iodine Value=94.1512 gI/g . Conclusion The facade , moisture content , acid value and iodine value of the soybean phospholipid that preparation by these methods possess a eligible index , which is fit for industrialization.
