地巴唑缓释片药剂学研究+文献综述
本文对地巴唑缓释片的处方工艺进行研究。以羟丙基甲基纤文素（HPMC）作为构成亲水凝胶骨架片的主要缓释材料，对影响其溶出度的主要因素进行研究，确定最终处方及工艺。对样品片重差异、含量、溶出度及脆碎度进行检测，各检测指标均符合地巴唑缓释片新的质量标准和2010版中国药典的有关要求。
最后，本毕业论文较详尽的考察了地巴唑缓释片的稳定性，通过留样观察试验的研究，其含量及性状等各项质量指标均无明显变化，证明了地巴唑缓释片具有良好的稳定性。
