Application of Raman Spectroscopy in Medicine
Abstract: This paper introduces the mechanism of Raman spectrum detection, points out the main features of the Raman spectrum and its applied fields. By taking some examples, such as the cell detection of Raman spectroscopy, molecular structure analysis and the study of serum structure, the Raman spectroscopy used in medicine should be pointed out. So that people have a relatively comprehensive understanding of the progress in research and application of Raman spectroscopy in medicine. Some research directions and ideas of the research progress of Raman spectroscopy used in medicine to get a better development. In addition, the paper also proves the superiority of Raman spectroscopy in the cell detection by a brief description of the method for detection of other kinds of cells, which provides a certain basis for Raman spectroscopy to obtain a better development in medicine.

拉曼光谱在医学中的应用研究引言
拉曼光谱作为一种快速、无损的检测技术，可提供有关分析物分子的信息及其特征振动的光谱，不会对待测物体造成损伤[1]。拉曼光谱作为一种分子分析手段，以其独特的无损性使其在医学应用中有着极大的发展空间，目前人们就拉曼光谱在医学中的应用已做了一些研究。胡成旭等人在对新鲜乳腺癌组织的近红外拉曼光谱的分析研究中[2]，将恶性乳腺癌组织、良性乳腺癌组织和正常乳腺癌的拉曼光谱的特征峰的对比分析，说明了三者之间的不同，为乳腺癌的早期诊断提供了一种有效地方法。陈秀丽将红细胞及其血红蛋白的结构及功能的了解与拉曼光谱窥视到的红细胞的携氧能力结合在一起[3]，为地中海贫血的检测提供了一种简便、低成本的方法。虽然目前对拉曼光谱在医学应用中的研究并不多，但它在医学应用中的前景已经不言而喻了。本文旨在通过拉曼光谱在细胞检测、分子结构分析、血清结构的研究，说明拉曼光谱技术在医学应用方面的巨大优势，使更多的人能够关注到这项技术，使其能够在医学应用方面得到更好更快的发展，为医学检测提供一种更加直接有效的方法，为某些疑难疾病的病理检查提供一种有效的手段，为疑难疾病的治疗提供有用的帮助。
1. 拉曼光谱的基本原理
透明介质被单色光入射后，大部分的光会透过介质，而在介质表面，少部分的光会发生反射和散射。对于这些散射光而言，大部分只会发生方向的改变，光的频率与入射光会保持一致；还有很少一部分的散射光，不仅光的传播方向发生了改变，光的频率也同样发生了改变，这样的散射就称为拉曼散射。
