摘要吲哚化学的研究是杂环化学中最活跃的领域之一,在已知的3000多种天然吲哚衍生物中,有40多种是治疗型药物,其中3-取代吲哚衍生物占有一定的比例。
论文以2-吲哚酮和苯甲醛为原料合成3-苄基-2-吲哚酮。较佳的合成工艺:原料2-吲哚酮1mmol;吡咯烷为催化剂,用量20μL;硼氢化钠为还原剂,用量5mmol,190mmg;苯甲醛用量为1mmol,0.1ml;溶剂为甲醇,用量为4ml;反应时间为12h;反应温度为55℃。 产物经高效液相色谱、红外光谱图和核磁图谱表征确认。8661

Title Synthesis of 3-benzyl-2-oxindoles
Abstract
The study of indole is hottest field in heterocyclic chemistry. There are over 40 kinds of medicines with Indole structure among 3,000 indole derivates, which including certain of 3-substituent indoles. In this paper, 3-benzyl-2-Oxindoles was synthesized using 2-oxindole and benzaldehyde as raw materials. It was found that the optimized condition for the synthesis is followed: 2-oxindole (133 mg, 1 mmol), benzaldehyde (1 mmol, 0.1 ml), catalytic amount of pyrrolidine (20μL), reduction agent sodium hydroborate (190 mg, 5 mmol), solvent methanol (4ml), reaction time 12 h, reaction temperature 55 ℃. The product was characterized by HPLC, IR and NMR.
