摘要近年来,食物中毒事件不断发生,食品安全问题成为人们关心的热点问题。盐酸克伦特罗常被添加至猪肉饲料中,用来增加猪肉的瘦肉率称为“瘦肉精”。当其为养殖户带来利润的同时,盐酸克伦特罗残留量超标在全世界都引发了中毒事件,可见其毒性与危害也是非常之大的。本论文针对猪肉中残留的盐酸克伦特罗建立了一种有效地高效液相检测方法。实验部分采用液-液萃取法进行提取,高效液相色谱法检测条件为,色谱柱:Hypersil ODS C18(5μ m,i.d.4.6mm*250mm);柱温:室温;流动相:甲醇: 0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钠水溶液=0.7:0.3;流速: 1mL/min;检测波长:245nm;回归方程为y=31.25x+37.253,相关系数R=0.9990。峰形良好,检测效果稳定。8951

Title Determination of clenbuterol by HPLC
Abstract
In recent years, poisonous food occurs frequently. Food security has
become a hot issue that people care about. Clenbuterol was often added to
pig’s feed,and then the percentage of the lean meat was increased . When
profits came to the farmers , excessive residues of clenbuterol in the pork
caused bromatoxism all over the world. It showed that the toxicity and harm
was very great. In this thesis a direct injection HPLC method was
established for determination of clenbuterol in pork. The liquid
extraction was used in the experiment.Text conditions of HPLC : column:
Hypersil ODS C18(5 μ m,i.d.4.6mm*250mm);temperature: room temperature;
mobile phase: methanol :0.01mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution =
0.7:0.3; flow rate: 1mL/min; detection wavelength: 245nm; regression
equation is y = 31.25x+37.253,the correlation coefficient R = 0.9990.
Wonderful shape of the peak and stable effect of the detection was showed.
