Tension Control strip continuous annealing line
Abstract: In continuous annealing process, strip tension is an important factor that decides whether the continuous annealing line could work steadily and promptly or not.The continuous annealing line is one of the most important line in the Cold-rolling Mill Plant. This line has a series of merits such as shorter flow, higher quality and so on. It has become the indispensable equipment for the production of the high surface quality request and the high intensity strip such as the auto mobile plates.In the continuous annealing process ,the strip tension is an important factor that decides whether the continuous annealing line works steadily and promptly or not. For the metallurgical complex nature of industrial processes, people often used the simulation system further explore the dynamic properties of complex objects, for example, the advanced fault diagnosis and control experiments.
With the increased competition of steel industry,it is an inevitable trend to make the produce to be high quality,high efficiency and low cost for enterprises. And in the continuous annealing line,the size of the strip tension influences the quality of the products directly.
