operation effect and service level and by evaluating the correlation degree of 

evaluation index and evaluation level to judge the service level’s index to be 

improved。

Finally, set a example of Nanjing Hexi tram to carry on the analysis。The research results of this paper not only verify the evaluation index system and evaluation method of operational service level,but also put forward some 

suggestions to improve the operational level of Nanjing Hexi tram。

In the course of the study of this paper,paid attention to the actual investigation and the passengers’ feelings ,established an evaluation index system from 6 aspects,and based on the combination of AHP-Entropy and multilevel extension method,the evaluation of the operational effect and service level of modern tram is comparatively appropriate。
