The Design of Manipulator Control System Based on PLC
Abstract: In industrial production, often encounter working environment temperature, toxic, radioactive, hazardous, bulky, dust and other harsh, seriously affected the health of the workers, application of manipulator instead of manual work in the bad environment, these problems can be solved, its purpose and the practical value is obvious. The design adopts PLC control, by the time relay test motor rotation degree, and transmitted to the PLC, through its analysis and processing, the output control signal, thus coordinating four degrees of freedom of the manipulator, servo motor drives the movement direction of the manipulator arm and gripper opening and closing, which is to complete catch put objects in space. Through the simulation debugging finally completed the design of the product; results showed that the design of the manipulator can realize the function of moving objects in space.
