The Design of Solar Water Heater Control System Based on PLC
Abstract: This study is the application of the programmable controller in the control system of solar water heaters. Discuss A solar water heater control system hardware configuration and software design. Proposed an important indicator of the programmable controller design is to meet the various functions of automatic control. And taking into account the feasibility of solar water heaters, hardware maintenance, software systems can be controlled. Solar water heaters, draw a process flow diagram of the present system, the selection of the I / O point is assigned and hardware; draw solar water heater according to the design requirements of the corresponding ladder. Completed the design of the automatic cotrol system of solar water heater.

基于PLC的太阳能热水器控制系统设计
引言
近几年来，我国对太阳能和采暖的应用发展迅速，节能效果很明显。但是，市场上大多是用单片机设计的，而单片机设计的太阳能热水器有自身的劣势。第一，太阳能热水器容易受天气因素的影响，在光照强度不足的时候，就不能提供温度较高的热水；第二，太阳能热水器提供的热水量有限，且水温不够稳定；第三，目前我国的太阳能热水器多为家用的小型太阳能热水器，不能够集中管理和控制。为解决这些问题，设计了一种基于PLC的集热式太阳能热水器，可对多个用户集中供水，全天候提供水温稳定的热水，操作简单，经济效益高。

1.1 本课题研究的目的和意义
使用太阳能解决我国家用热水是最有希望的、最直接可行的方法。太阳能应用市场前景非常广阔，除家庭用热水外，还可用于工业、取暖、空调机、加湿、农业、水产养殖、海水的淡化等。从发展方面看，家庭生活的热水供给不应由户主考虑，而应与建筑开发同时进行。在此基础上设计出了全玻璃真空管式热水器的自动控制系统[1]。
在科学技术飞速发展的现在，有必要采取新技术对原来的电器控制系统改进，以提高稳定性，并实现系统的自动控制，提高太阳能热水器控制系统的稳定性。PLC因为用的时间继电器和中间继电器比较多，其常开常闭触点可多次使用，在编程中比较方，简化控制线路、有效提高控制系统的稳定性，是PLC的突出特点。
