Design of Automatic Control System of Boiler Based on PLC
Abstract: Because of the view of the current electric heating boiler temperature control automation level is not high question, the design is mainly in order to fully automatic control of water temperature for small and medium-sized electric heating boiler in the design of boiler automatic control system based on PLC. We regard the boiler water temperature as the control object, and put the measured the temperature sensor into voltage signal in the design. The design use the PID correction based on computer and achieve the boiler control by applying PLC, finally, realizes heating and the boiler stop heating and high temperature alarm. I achieve the normal operation of the trapezoidal chart procedure and has the advantages of simple operation, and the advantages of wide range of application in the design.

引言
电加热锅炉作为生活中必不可少的供热、供水设备被广泛应用于学校、住宅小区、工厂等场所。它使生活更加舒适方便、省力省时。随着现代化的发展，对电加热锅炉水温的控制的要求越来越高。电加热锅炉水温的控制系统已由初期的继电器控制向微机控制发展[1]，温度控制系统主要才有两种方式，第一种是基于单片机的温度控制，第二种是采用可编程控制器（PLC）实现温度的控制[2]。而PLC是一种专用的工业微控制机，具有可靠性高、功能灵活、编程简单、噪音低、易于文护、抗干扰能力强的优点[3]。在工业控制领域和自动化领域获得广泛应用。
1. 可行性分析
1.1 选题背景
随着我国新农村建设的逐渐完善化与一体化，农村建设也成为一个整体。其中家用供水也成为一个主要的问题。本课题主要是对电加热锅炉供水系统实现全自动化的控制。时至今日电加热锅炉在国内外已得到了非常广泛的应用，其使用率的高低主要依靠于控制它的硬件与软件的先进性[4]。以微处理为核心的计算机控制技术在电加热锅炉中的应用大幅度的提高了设备的控制精度与自动化程度。其中以PLC在锅炉控制系统的发展较为迅速，其控制技术程度也较为成熟。PLC具有通用性强、使用方便、适应面广、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、编程简单等特点[5]。
