摘要:应用系统集成技术,设计一套集散控制系统,完成对干燥系统的过程控制。集散控制系统(Distributed Control System ,DCS)是以微处理器为基础,采用控制功能分散、显示操作集中、兼顾分而自治和综合协调的设计原则的新一代仪表控制系统。它是一个由过程控制级和过程监控级组成的以通信网络为纽带的多级计算机系统,综合了计算机(Computer)、通讯(Communication)、显示(CRT)和控制(Control)等4C技术,其基本思想是分散控制、集中操作、分级管理、配置灵活、组态方便。32989
沸腾流化床干燥器由空气过滤器、沸腾床主机、旋风分离器、布袋除尘器、高压离心通风机、操作台组成。由于干燥物料的性质不同,配套除尘设备时,可按需要考虑,可同时选择旋风分离器、布袋除尘器,也可选择其中一种。一般来说,比重较大的冲剂及颗粒物料干燥只需选择旋风分离器。比重较轻的小颗粒状和粉状物料需配套布袋除尘器,并备有气力送料装置及皮带输机供选择。
