摘要:高速动车组安全运行的关键技术之一就是制动控制技术,同时制动技术也是动车组牵引传动系统的关键组成部分。一般动车组制动系统会采用再生制动和电气指令式空气制动相结合的制动方式。再生制动是所有制动方式中唯一可以回馈能量的制动方式,这种优点使再生制动成为了交流传动动车组的首选制动方式。本篇论文主要介绍了制动力和制动距离的计算、制动方式的分类。以CRH2型动车组为例分析了动车组的复合制动模式,介绍了复合制动模式的组成特点以及制动能量的去处。同时介绍了电制动的分类和工作原理。最后论文利用Matlab工具对制动控制进行了分析计算。35204 毕业论文关键词:动车组;电制动;再生制动
Design and simulation of Electric Multiple Unit electro-pneumatic brake control system
Abstract: Braking control system is one of the key techniques in the safe running process of high speed Electrical Multiply Unit(EMU) adopts the regenerative braking control strategy combined with the electric air braking method .Among all the braking methods, only can regenerative braking feedback energy to the catenary. Thus it has come to be the preferential braking mode of AC traction EUM, This paper introduced the calculation of braking force and braking distance and the classification of braking mode. Analyzed CRH2 EMU composite braking mode, and described the composition of the composition braking mode, characteristics and distribution of braking energy. It described the classification and the principle of electrical braking. On the basis of principle analysis, based on the regenerative braking control system of high speed EMU, the regenerative braking simulation system of high speed EMU is established by Matlab.
