摘要: 随着生活水平的逐渐提高,中央空调在各大商场、宾馆、酒店和写字楼等建筑中被广泛使用。其中,大型中央空调控制系统大都采用PLC控制。课题以研究中央空调控制系统为目地,针对中央空调控制系统的要求,设计控制方案要求,完成系统选型,硬件组态,元件分配,软件设计.实现工艺要求,达到控制目标。37072

Abstract: With the improvement of living standards,central air conditioning has been widely used in major shopping malls,hotels,offices and the other builings.The most of large central air conditioning control system adopts plc control.The paper implements requirement and control system by managing system selection,hardware configuration,element distribution and the software design.
The paper introduces the structure ande working principle of central air conditoning.Control system consists of refrigeration system and cooling system.We stimulate central air conditioning control system by using the plc,transducer,temperature sensor and d/a conversion module device.The system adopts rockwell slc500 as the main control unit .The transducer of abb acs550 controls of speed and frequency of each pump.By according to the actual load condition to change the frequency,plc,frequency converter,temperature sensor,d/a conversion module combination,constitute aclosed-loop automatic control system,in order to meet the control requirements.
