摘 要:针对老式车床故障多,检修麻烦,线路复杂,越来越不适应当今工业生产要求的问题,在对其电气原理和控制要求进行分析后,本文提出了用PLC对车床的控制系统进行改进的新方法。 本设计从车床控制需要的I/O点数、性能价格比的高低、各控制功能的实现及优化等方面考虑,主要进行了车床电气原理分析、控制元件的选择、PLC的I/O点分配以及控制系统的梯形图程序设计等过程。PLC控制系统硬件接线少、消耗功能低、反应速度快、工作稳定、功能强大。用PLC控制系统来取代车床原有的控制系统,能使车床在改变控制要求时更为方便,配合合适的程序,还可实现自动加工功能。37554 毕业论文关键词:C650卧式车床;电气控制原理; S7-200PLC;梯形图
Control System of The c650 Lathe Design Based on PLC
Abstract:For traditional turning lathes having many examples of machine malfunctions, maintenance of troubles, circuit complexities, it’s not fit for the industrial production requirements nowadays more and more. After analyzing electrical schematics and control requirements, a new method was put forward by which using PLC to transform the control system of the turning machine. The design considered many aspects such as I / O points of the controlled object, ratio of the cost-performance, implementation and optimization of the control functions, as well as other sides. Thus mainly analyzed the control principles, the control devices selections, PLC's I / O points’ distributions and the process of control systems FIG programs. PLC control system has less connections, small size, low power consumption, higher control speed, higher reliability, more complete functions and many other advantages. Electrical control systems used in place of the relay control logic, together with the appropriate control system, which creates richer control functions of machine and makes more elevated automation level.
