摘 要:伴随着中国综合国力的提高,汽车开始由高档品逐步转换为消费品,大众对汽车的购买力逐步上升,造成目前汽车越来越多,停车越来越难。立体车库的出现很好的消除了泊车时的担忧。该论文对两层五车五位的机械式升降横移类立体车库的控制系统进行了设计。本文设计是将可编程控制器(PLC)当做控制核心,对控制要求做了详细的解释,选择合适的PLC型号和传感器型号,并将输入、输出展开了地址分配,绘制出了控制系统原理图,给出了存放取出流程、升降电磁铁插销控制流程、车板动作安全流程及系统模式控制流程。最后对设计的控制系统进行了分析,分析结论表示,此立体车库的控制系统可以有效的运行。 38926 毕业论文关键词:立体车库; PLC;升降横移;控制系统
Design of Control System in Lifting and Transferring Parking Garage Based on PLC
Abstract:With China's comprehensive strengthening, Car gradually from the high-end products gradually convert into consumer goods, the rapid spread of medium-sized family car enter city ,and increasing purchasing power of the masses ,parking problems increasingly become a urban transport major ills. The emergence of a three-dimensional garage eliminates the worry of parking , the paper design a three-dimensional garage on two-layer,five-location . The design take the programmable controller as the core of control and give a detail explanation of the control system,Select the appropriate PLC model and sensor model,expand the input and output address assignment,draw a schematic diagram of the control system,and give the storage process, lifting the latch solenoid control process, the car plate system mode operation of the safety procedures and control processe.Finally, the design of the operating system has been tested, analyzed conclude that this three-dimensional garage operating device can accurately circulte.
