摘 要:霓虹灯在现代各大城市生活中扮演了重要的广告“专家”,各大企业商家为了宣传自己的产品以及企业文化形象都采用广告形式,霓虹灯是主要的选择之一。对于霓虹灯的闪烁时间、亮灭以及流动方向的问题,不能仅仅依靠人工来控制其过程,这样做既没有美感也不容易实现,这时候就选择programmable logic controller(PLC)进行过程控制。因为PLC具有可靠性高、适应面广、通用性强、编程简单等特点。更重要的是PLC在工业自动化控制领域尤其是在顺序控制方面有非常突出的优势。本文以西门子PLC为背景介绍霓虹灯广告屏控制器的设计过程并给出系统梯形图.40787 毕业论文关键词:PLC;霓虹灯;自动控制
Design Of Neon-Screen Controller Based On PLC
Abstract: In the modern cities, the neon lights play an important role as the advertising "experts".In order to promote their products and enterprise cultural image ,the company will use the advertising and neon lights is one of the main choice. For the time of bright ,neon lights flashing out and flow direction, can't just rely on artificial to control its process. It is not only no aesthetic feeling but also uneasy to achieve.It is high time to choice the PLC process control. Because PLC has high reliability, extensive adaptation, strong commonality, easy programming and other special character. The more important is that the PLC in the field of industrial automation control especially in the area of sequence control has the very prominent advantages.This paper is based on Siemens PLC as a background to introduce the neon advertising screen controller design process and system ladder diagram.
