Research On Fuzzy Control Method In Process Control
Abstract: Fuzzy control is based on human experience and expert control experience summed up some of the control rules. This paper mainly studies the method of fuzzy control in the process control problem. First introduced the fuzzy control thought origins, development history and basic principle. Secondly introduces the design method of fuzzy controller. Then an instance of using fuzzy control are listed. Finally simulators in the practical application, using the MATLAB simulation research the application of fuzzy control in the boiler steam drum water level detection, and through the establishment of fuzzy inference system, to complete a function of the corresponding analog level function image, verify it is concluded that the fuzzy controller is more intelligent than other controllers, brings very much convenience to people's life.

过程控制中的模糊控制方法研究引言
模糊控制是智能控制的一个重要组成部分,早在1923 年罗素就指出：传统逻辑所假定使用的符号是精确的，但并不适用于日常的生活中，仅适用于幻想的空间。经典逻辑和精确数学取得的成功推动了精确科学的迅猛发展，精确科学的成就也造就了人类对“精确” 的崇拜。人们总是认为精确是好的，所有科学理论和科学方法都必须是精确的, 模糊理论和方法都是非科学的。在相当长的历史时期, 这种对“模糊”的否定和对“精确” 的膜拜被当作一条公理。但是当研究对象相当复杂时, 这种处理方法就不合适了。因此，在这种情况下，模糊推理系统就应运而生了。
人工智能是电子信息技术的重中之重, 模糊推理技术是整个人工智能的重要因素, 同时也是最为活跃的研究方向之一。人工智能的实现是在计算智能的基础上又添加了符号智能, 计算智能的重要组成部分是模糊推理和模糊逻辑, 自动控制已经从经典控制发展到智能控制的一个重要分支模糊控制。相应的, 常见的智能系统有模糊控制系统、模糊专家系统和模糊网络系统等, 设计和分析前二个系统的核心部分是模糊推理, 而模糊网络系统又是实现模糊推理的一个必要途径。所以说模糊推理系统是信息科学系统中进行模糊处理和实现机器智能的重要工具, 是控制科学、计算机科学和人文决策等学科的重要课题。
