摘要:随着工业革命的不断加深,以及面临的劳动资源成本的增加,多轴绕线机越来越受到工厂的青睐。本设计对国外绕线机进行分析研究,设计出八轴绕线机自动控制系统,该系统能够对不同的材料进行精密绕制,系统稳定性强,操作简单,工作效率高。本设计以PLC作为该系统设计的核心控制部分,以台达DOP-B系列触摸屏通过RS485通信作为人机互动交流,通过对系统电气的研究与设计,从而实现绕线机在空间的灵活运动,达到精密绕线目的。41598 毕业论文关键词:绕线机;台达PLC;伺服电机;人机
Design of PLC Eight Shaft Coiling Machine Control System
Abstract: With the deepening of the industrial revolution, and the increased cost of labor resources, multi-axis winding machine is more and more get the favour of the factory. The design of foreign research and analyze coiling machine, eight shaft coiling machine automatic control system design, the system can carry on the precision winding of different materials, system stability is strong, simple operation, high work efficiency. This design USES PLC as the core control parts of the system design, platform of DOP - B series touch screen through the RS485 communication as human-computer interaction, through the research and design of electrical parts, so as to realize the flexible movement of winding machine in space, to achieve precision winding.
