摘要真空厕所是集环保节水、污物收集、中水回用及绿色制肥系统于一体的技术。它是将污水通过真空管道，加少量的冲洗水收集到真空罐内。与传统厕所相比，它具有省水、冲刷效果好、臭气控制好、安装方便等优点。这种系统目前主要应用在大型游船、飞机和快速列车中，通过冲厕系统产生的气压差，以气吸形式把便器内的污物吸走，以达至减少使用冲厕水的目的。可大大节约冲厕用水，国家规定的传统节水马桶为6L/次，而采用真空公厕后，每次冲厕<0.8L/次；彻底解决小空间、空气不流畅的卫生间的臭问题。真空厕所多见于缺少冲厕水的环境，如民航客机、邮轮、旅客列车等。本文介绍了长途客车真空厕所的国内外发展情况、需求等，说明了真空厕所的原理、系统构成、工作过程及其相关技术参数，并对真空卫生间的安装结构和安装方法进行了分析设计，确立了最佳的安装方案，并配以结构图说明。厕所的气动回路部分介绍了气路、水路的布局以及相关元器件的作用和型号的选择。真空厕所控制系统的电路设计，以真空卫生间的使用方式为设计基础，以使用者上完厕所后按下冲水按钮开始建立真空为控制方案，并根据此方案设计电路。依据经验设计法，确定电路原理图和安装图等。50278

Abstract

Vacuum toilet is a set of environmental protection water, dirt collection, water reuse and green fertilizer production system in the integration of technology. It is the sewage through a vacuum pipeline, plus a small amount of flushing water collected in the vacuum tank. Compared with the traditional toilet, the utility model has the advantages of saving water, good flushing effect, odor control, convenient installation. This system is mainly used in large cruise ships, aircraft and fast train, pressure generated by the flushing system, by suction form to dirt sucking device, so as to reduce the use of water for flushing purposes. Can greatly save water for flushing, traditional water-saving toilet set by the state for 6L\/ times, and adopts the vacuum toilet flushing, each <0.8L/ times; completely solve the odor problem of small space, unventilated bathroom. Vacuum toilet can usually be found in the lack of flushing water environment, such as aircraft, cruise ships, passenger train. This paper introduces the coach vacuum toilet development situation both at home and abroad, demand, the vacuum toilet principle, system structure, working process and the related technical parameters, structure and installation of the vacuum toilet and installation method of analysis and design, established the best installation program, and match with structure diagram.The pneumatic circuit part the gas system , water as well as the distribution of related components function of the toilet and type selection. Circuit design of vacuum toilet control system, vacuum toilet is used as the design basis, to the user after using the toilet flush button to start creating a vacuum press control scheme, and based on this design circuit. And the circuit is based on the experience of design method
