摘要：针对传统的钢板切割机采用继电器进行控制，其系统较为复杂，参数改变不灵活的缺点，设计了基于PLC的自动钢板切割机的控制系统。给出了软件、硬件的设计与具体实现方案。在硬件的设计中，阐述了切板机的主电路及其控制系统的设计过程。其中在控制系统电路的设计部分，阐述了原理图和I/O接线图的设计过程，给出了PLC及其输入、输出元件的选择结果和PLC外部接线图。在软件的设计中，详细阐述了PLC用户程序的设计过程，其中包括公用程序和手动程序以及自动控制、输出、回原点程序，并阐述了计算脉冲数和落刀量与故障报警程序的设计过程，给出所有程序的梯形图。52046

Abstract: In view of the system of traditional steel plate cutting machine controlled by relay is very complex and changing parameters is not flexible, designed the control system of automatic plate cutting machine based on PLC. The paper described the design and implementation of software and hardware. In the design of the hardware, the design process of the main circuit and control system of cutting machine was elaborated. In the part of the control circuit design, introduced the design process of the I/O wiring diagram, and gave the external wiring diagram of PLC and its input/output component. In the part of software design, the design process of the PLC user program including the utility, manual process, automated procedures and fault alarm program design process was described in detail, and the ladder and instruction list of all the above steps were given.
