摘要：频率计是一种基本的测量仪器，频率测量是电子学测量中最为基本的测量之一。

本文提出了一种基于CPLD的数字频率计的设计方法——直接测频法,其思想是计算每秒钟内待测信号的脉冲个数。硬件设计是以CPLD（EPM7128SLC84-15）芯片作为主要的设计部分，外围加设电源、晶振电路、报警电路、产生方波的电路设计而成的；软件是由控制模块、计数模块、锁存模块、显示模块、分频模块、闸门定时模块组成。最终完成数字频率计系统的整体设计。

从实验结果上看，所设计的简易数字频率计具有结构紧凑而简单、精度高、控制灵活等特点，具有很高的推广使用价值。55841

Abstract: Frequency meter is a basic measuring instrument, and measuring electronics are the most basic one of the measurements.

This paper presents a CPLD based digital frequency meter design method ---- the direct method of measuring frequency, whose thought is to calculate the number of clock pulse signals per second. The hardware design is based on CPLD (EPM7128SLC84-15) chip what is used as the main device design, adding power, crystal oscillator circuit, alarm circuit design circuit, Fang Bo made.The software consists of control module, counting module, a latch module, display module, frequency module, gate timing module.Finally to complete the overall design of the system.

    The results from the point of view, the design of simple digital frequency meter has the advantages of compact structure and simple, high precision, flexible control, which has the very high use value.
