摘要本文首先阐述了交流电机的直接起动,论述了直接起动的危害如电网冲击,机械冲击,对生产机械的冲击等,叙述了交流电机直接起动的限制条件;并且将交流电机的直接起动和软起动进行比较,得出了软起动对电网冲击小,转矩冲击小且减少了对机器本身的损坏等优点。
借助Matlab/Simulink工具箱和电气系统模块库(Power System Blockset)对交流电机的软起动过程进行仿真研究,建立了三相交流电压环节模块、同步环节模块、脉冲发生模块、三相交流调压模块、电机及测量模块、电流反馈、起动控制和电机切换等环节封装模块,构建了完整的仿真系统模型,并分析了每个模块的建立过程,参数设定及基本功能,给出了仿真结果,并对结果进行了分析和验证。并将其与自关断器件的软起动模块进行比较。7997
最后归纳总结目前软起动技术的特性,指出晶闸管控制的软起动相较于自关断器件软起动的不足之处。

Title AC voltage in the application of motor soft starter
Abstract
This paper first describes the direct activation of the AC motor, discusses the direct start the impact of hazards such as power, mechanical shock, impact on production machinery, described the restrictions of the AC motor is started directly; and direct activation of the AC motor and soft start, and obtains a soft-start small impact on the grid, torque impact small and reduce the damage to the machine itself.
AC motor soft-start the process of simulation studies, the establishment of a three-phase AC voltage link module with the help of Matlab / Simulink toolbox and electrical system module library (Power System Blockset), synchronous link module, pulse module, three-phase AC voltage regulator modules, motors and measurement modules, current feedback, the start control and the motor switch link encapsulation module and build a complete simulation model, and analyze each module building process, parameter setting and the basic functions of the simulation results , and the results were analyzed and validated. And soft-start module with self turn-off devices.
Finally summarized the characteristics of summing up the soft-start technology, the thyristor controlled soft-start compared to the lack of turn-off devices.
