摘要:当今随着科学信息技术的不断发展,人们的生活节奏和工作节奏越来越快,为了使人们的工作效率适应快节奏的发展,办公自动化系统孕育而生并且发展迅速。合理地使用办公自动化系统,使人们的生活和工作日渐快捷、高效。在工作节奏日渐加快的当代,传统的办公模式效率已经跟不上目前的工作节奏,如何提高员工的工作效率,就成了企业管理者首要面对的问题。办公自动化系统的出现,正好解决了这个问题。本文介绍如何用S2SH框架(Java语言)来设计一款高效的办公自动化系统。本系统是基于Web架构运行的,具有良好的用户体验,轻量级。在设计本系统之前,大量的查阅资料,并做了充分的调查。本系统实现的主要功能有:管理员帐号管理、员工部门管理、公司会议室管理、员工邮件管理等。在本系统设计并编码完成之后,并进行一系列的测试,已基本达到所预期的效果,并且具有一定的安全性和可维护性,使用本系统,可达到提升办公效率的目的。71107

Design and Implementation of Office Automation System

Abstract: With the continuous development of science and information technology, people's rhythm of life and work in an increasingly fast pace of development, in order to make the work efficiency of people adapt to the fast pace of the office automation system of birth and rapid development. The rational use of office automation system makes people's life and work faster and more efficient. With the increasing pace of work, the efficiency of the traditional office model has been unable to keep up with the current pace of work, and how to improve the efficiency of employees has become the main problem faced by enterprise managers. The emergence of office automation system just solved this problem. Therefore, this article will introduce how to design an efficient office automation system using the S2SH framework (Java language). The system is based on the Web architecture, with a good user experience, lightweight. Prior to the design of the system, a large amount of data was consulted and fully investigated. The system should have the main functions include: administrator account management, staff management, corporate conference room management, employee mail management. After the completion of the system design and encoding, part of the functions separately, then function integration, conducted a series of tests has basically reached the desired effect, and has certain safety and maintainability, the use of the system, can achieve the purpose of improving office efficiency.
