Title Design and Development of the Main and Auxiliary Control System of the CPE Salivation Film Unites
Abstract
Chlorine polyethylene (CPE) is a kind of saturated polymer material which is nontoxic and insipidity. It appears as white powder. With the excellent resistance to weather, ozone, heat, oil, chemicals and fire, it is used in all kinds of places, and has attracted worldwide attention. The main production methods of thin film are salivation, huff and stretching. This paper studies the salivation film machine set, the monitoring system development and implementation of main engine and auxiliary equipment.
Firstly, the system structure of main, auxiliary engine and the system control requirements are introduced in this paper. Secondly, the overall monitoring scheme of main and auxiliary engine, including system control structure scheme and system function structure scheme are given. On this basis, the monitoring system process based on Siemens WinCC configuration software is established to upper computer monitoring. Then the hardware system selection, I/O interface definition and PLC programming based on Siemens PLC300 are given, and realizing the basic logic control of film production system, main and auxiliary engine system, so as to achieve the aim of the research project.
