摘要自从十六届五中全会上提出的关于带有中国 特色的社会zhuyi新农村建设后,国家鼓励发展机械化种植并投入大量资金研究农业机 械化设备,向着中国特色的社会zhuyi道路迈出了艰实的一步。

清选系统是农业收获机的“心脏”,是其重要的组成部分,其机能的优劣直接影 响着收获机整体的工作机能。78066

具有多路风道的清选系统装置器件主要有统一进料(小麦、水稻等谷物)装置、 操作参数可以调节的清选室主体装置、电机变频器、传感器测量风速器件、清选系统 损失率检测装置、谷物子粒杂质含量检测装置、监控软件和工业控制计算机(IPC) 等组成。具有智能化软件平台控制功能,清洗过程可以实时再现,为了研究大量进料 水稻、小麦等谷物脱出物的多风路清选系统装置的设计理论方案,构建了初步的清选 系统,为验证、改善多风路清选系统装置的初步设计方法和智能化控制系统给予了系 统参考。

本文具体对其进行了三方面的研究:一是用 PLC-1200 进行采集 4-20ma 的风压传 感器信号,并利用 PLC-1200 作为下位机,Labview 作为上位机,在 NI OPC 服务器上 进行数据通信;二是对脱出物沿筛面运动状态的分析;三是用 Labview 编程软件对变 频器进行通讯控制。

Abstract Since the  had put forward the construction of the new socialistic countryside with characteristics in The of the fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee in 2005, the government have encouraged the development of mechanized planting and invested a large amount of capitals in researches of agricultural mechanization equipment, taking a steady step towards the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics。

The cleaning system functioned like a “heart” of an agricultural harvesting machine and also is an important part of this system。 The function of an agricultural harvesting machine affects the overall work performance of the harvester directly。

The whole apparatus of cleaning system with multiple wind tunnels is consisted with a feeding ingredients, like wheat, rice and other grains, main devices of cleaning room with adjustable operating parameters, electric machinery, frequency converter, wind sensors, detecting devices of loss rate in the cleaning system, detecting machines of impurity rate in grains, monitoring software, industrial personal computer (IPC) and other devices。 With intelligent software platform control functions, cleaning process can be real-time rendering。 In order to make up a well-designed theoretical scheme of cleaning system devices with multiple wind tunnels of different grain mixtures, such as rice and wheat, it constructs preliminary cleaning system。 It also provides references for verifying and improving primary design methods of cleaning system with multiple wind tunnels and also the intelligent control system。

This paper does some researches specifically from its three aspects: the first one is wind pressure sensor signal collecting 4-20mA by PLC-1200, PLC-1200 served as the slave computer, Labview served as the host computer and NI OPC server for data communication; the second one is the analysis of the motion state of mixtures’ sieve surface; the third one is the communication control of use of inverter by Labview programming software。
