摘 要:调速永磁同步电动机是没有启动绕组的电动机且产生的电流波形为正弦波,故又称作为正弦波永磁同步电机。近年来,市场对高效节能的电动机的需求越来越大,具有效率高、体积小、功率因数高、结构简单等诸多优势的永磁同步电机逐步开始取代传统的异步电动机。随着控制技术、电力电子技术及永磁材料的发展,调速永磁同步电机的性能也在不断地提升并在许多领域被广泛地运用。81093

    本论文的目的是设计一台30kW/3000rpm 的高效调速永磁同步电动机,且效率指标为96。1%。首先第一章里回顾了永磁同步电机的历史及现状,并分析了其今后的发展趋势,随后在第二章中介绍了调速永磁同步电动机的基本结构、工作原理和特点,具体分析了不同转子磁路结构的特点。第三章中给出了设计电机的基本思路,并用电磁计算方法确定出调速永磁同步电动机的各部分参数包括主要尺寸、定转子冲片、铁心长度、绕组参数、转子磁路结构等,再进行电机的性能校核计算。最后第四章利用Ansoft软件建立该电机的几何模型并进行性能校核分析及波形分析。最终得出手工计算结果和软件计算结果基本相似,满足电机设计性能指标并达到要求的效率指标96。1%,即本次设计的方案可行。

Design on 30kW/3000rpm high-efficiency speed-adjustable Permanent magnet synchronous motor

Abstract: The speed-adjustable permanent magnet synchronous motor is a motor with no start-winding and generates a current wave form as a sine wave, which is also known as a sine wave permanent magnet synchronous motor。 In recent years, the market for more efficient and energy-saving motor demand is growing rapidly。Because of its high efficiency, small size, high power factor, simple structure and many other advantages , speed-adjustable permanent magnet synchronous motor gradually began to replace the traditional asynchronous motor。 With the development of control technology, power electronics technology and permanent magnet materials, the performance of variable speed permanent magnet synchronous motors is also being continuously improved ,which is widely used in many fields。

The purpose of this paper is to design a 30kW / 3000rpm high efficiency speed-adjustable permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the efficiency should be 96。1%。 In the first chapter, the paper reviews the history of the PMSM and analyzes the present situation and development trend of the permanent magnet synchronous motor。 Then, the basic structure and working principle of the PMSM are introduced in the second chapter, especially the characteristics of different rotor magnetic circuit structure。 In the next chapter, the basic idea of design a PMSM is given and the parameters of the speed-adjustable permanent magnet synchronous motor are determined by the electromagnetic calculation method including the length of the core, the parameters of the windings, the structure of the rotor, and so on。 Finally, I will use the Ansoft software to establish the geometry and two-dimensional model of the motor and check out the simulation,its performance and analysis waveform in different conditions。 Finally, the results of manual calculation and software calculation results are basically similar to meet the motor design performance indicators and the requirements of the efficiency of 96。1%, which means, the design of the program is feasible。
