摘要 以聚丙烯酰胺树脂为原料,通过添加溴化钾,氢氧化钠溶液,次氯酸钠溶液,合成聚乙烯胺树脂。考察反应条件和投料配比对反应结果的影响。以16ml聚丙烯酰胺树脂为例,在75℃,5%氢氧化钠溶液,2.4g溴化钾,64ml次氯酸钠溶液条件反应6h和低温,40%氢氧化钠溶液,2.4溴化钾,64ml次氯酸钠溶液条件下反应7h功能基含量分别为2.70mmol/g、1.03mmol/g。5671

Preparation of Anion Exchange Resin by Functional Group Transformation Method
Abstract
The synthesis of polyethylene polyamine resin by polyacrylamide resin ,adding potassium bromide, sodium hydroxide, sodium bromate solution. Effects of reaction conditions and the effects of the feed ratio on the reaction results. Polyacrylamide resin to 16ml as an example, at 75 ℃, 5% solution of sodium hydroxide, 2.4g potassium bromide, sodium bromate solution conditions of 64ml reaction 6h and at 5℃, 40% sodium hydroxide solution, 2.4 potassium bromide, sodium bromate solution conditions of 64ml reaction 7h ,bromate solution conditions were 2.70mmol/g, 1.03mmol/g.
