摘要本论文总结了半透明材料辐射特性参数测量的传统方法,分析了其优缺点,研究了双基片法在半透明材料高温辐射率测量上的应用,总结了单次反射与多重反射两种情况下半透明辐射率表达式。基于傅里叶红外光谱仪,借助于高温黑体与发射率测量附件,进行了氧化铝光谱辐射率测量实验研究,通过实验,获得了DLaTGS检测器的响应函数,结合双基板法,得到了氧化铝在不同温度下的光谱辐射率曲线,分析了测量结果。5675

Title The Research on The Measurement Method of The
Radiation Characteristics of Semitransparent Materials
Abstract
This paper summarizes the traditional methods of radiation characteristic parameter measurement of semitransparent materials, and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. The application on the radiation rate measurement of semitransparent materials at high temperature with two-substrate method is studied in the paper, and the emissivity expressions are summarized by a single reflection and multiple reflection.
Based on Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, the alumina spectral emissivity measurement experiment are researched with high temperature blackbody and emissivity measuring attachment. The response function of the DLaTGS detector is obtained through the experiment, and the spectral radiance curve of the alumina at different temperatures is obtained by two-substrate method. At the end of this article, the measurement results are analyzed.
