摘要精冲属于无削加工技术,是在普通冲压技术基础上发展起来的一种精密冲裁方法。有别于普通冲压,随着精冲技术的发展,使它进入了各个工业领域,得到广泛的应用。所以对精冲件的生产质量、尺寸形状、材料厚度和力学性能等要求也与日俱增。因此对精冲用钢的冲压性能也有了更高的要求。毕业论文通过对精冲用钢进行冷轧和球化退火,研究并分析不同的退火工艺中原始组织、加热速度、保温时间和冷却时间对钢材的球化率的影响,通过实验研究并分析球化率对精冲用钢的冲压性能的影响,制定良好的退火工艺得到较好的球化效果,来改善其冲压性能。5706

Abstract Fine-blanking belongs to the chipless machining technique. It is developed from normal stamping technique. With the development of the fine-blanking technique, the fine blanking technique has widely used in various industry fields. As a result, the requirements of the fine-blanking parts, such as production quality, size and shape, the thickness of the material and mechanical properties, have been higher and higher .In addition, the requirement of stamping performance of the fine-blanking steel is also higher. Through the fine-blanking steel cold rolling and annealing Spheroidization rate,I analyzed the impact of the original issue, heating speed, soaking time and cooling time of different annealing process on the steel’s Spheroidization rate.Through the experiment, I analyzed the impact of the Spheroidization rate on the stamping performance of the fine-blanking steel. In order to improve the stamping performance, we need to make better annealing technique for better Spheroidization rate effects.
