摘要 :本课题主要研究内容为强酸性阳离子交换树脂——乙烯基磺酸盐苯乙烯系树脂的新合成工艺。主要对乙烯基磺酸盐的选择及如何将功能基团直接接入苯乙烯骨架的合成方法进行研究,得出一种新的制备工艺,以简化传统制备方法的流程。通过对传统苯乙烯悬浮聚合的制备方法的研究,熟悉其反应的原理,及实验条件控制,对悬浮-乳液聚合方案进行各方面的调整,进行研究。尝试乳液聚合新方法合成树脂。之后对用新方法制备的树脂进行对比分析,得到结构表征、其硫含量等性能差别,确定本研究的合成方法的可行性。研究表明,本实验通过悬浮-乳液法制成的乙烯基磺酸盐——苯乙烯共聚物其磺酸盐含量低;乳液聚合虽有磺酸基的接入,但含量也不多,且树脂为粉末乳液状。7459

Study on the new preparation technology of cation exchange resin
