Abstract: At present, the development of non-public enterprises in Zhengzhou city quickly, the growing economic strength. But the income of employees is low, economic benefits occasionally infringed, long working time, rest time is too short, poor working conditions, and poor security, lack of basic social security, trade unions, development prospect of weak organization to workers, poor awareness of self-protection, employment training right difficult to implement, not clear, management confusion, the lack of basic communication increasingly prominent problem. Zhengzhou City non-public enterprise to the healthy and stable development, the enterprise must increase the sense of social responsibility, and vigorously promote the enterprise's human resources management, protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers win made good social environment, and improve the management system of the labor contract, the government to increase publicity efforts, union to strengthen the sense of responsibility, the Federation of industry and Commerce unity front.

进入21世纪以来，郑州市经济在转型与发展方面取得了令人瞩目的成就。伴随着改革的逐步发展，郑州市由公有制经济占统治地位向以公有制为主体，多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度转变，其中，非公有制经济以崭新的发展面貌展现在众人面前，在国民经济中的角色越来越重要。然而，在郑州市非公有制经济快速发展壮大之际，劳动关系随之也发生了变化。在市场经济体制及劳动力市场逐步建立之际，劳动领域内的更深层次的矛盾逐渐暴露出来。劳动和社会保障部统计数据显示，近年来郑州市劳动争议受理案件呈现出快速增长态势。非公有制企业为了自己的切身利益，提供薪资以低保线为准，对劳动条件和安全隐患视而不见，损害劳动者们合法权益的事实屡见不鲜。因此，对郑州市非公有制企业的劳动关系进行调查研究，并提出相应有效的改善措施迫在眉睫。
