An inquiry about Shanghai rural elderly endowment way
Abstract：The ageing population of new urban area and suburban in shanghai increase higher than the town center, the rural social structure changes and rural family size is shrinking. Relatively fast in Shanghai in the process of urbanization, rural land has been expropriated, more and more old people after demolition, greatly increasing cost of living, directly affecting the elder's pension. Shanghai based on the on-the-spot investigation of the rural elderly endowment way to make the necessary questionnaire and field research, as well as the rural elderly people's quality of life in Shanghai and its influence factors were investigated, then classifies the rural elderly endowment way in Shanghai, analyses all kinds of old people, faced with the problem of rural areas in Shanghai, the old way of life is still as a family pension for the mainstream, but the effects of all factors, the function of family endowment shock, gradually weakened, directly affect the rural elderly people's quality of life. Respectively from the rural elderly itself, village-level organizations and the government set out three aspects as the foothold, proposed rural elderly again obtain employment, to set up the village elders school and develop the rural elderly endowment legal norms to improve the rural elderly endowment level.Key words： rural areas；endowment way；family supporting；living quality
