摘要:随着经济全球化程度的逐渐提高、我国改革开放的不断深化及通信技术的发展,企业赖以生存的环境日益恶化。要推动一个企业的执行力,必须建立一种文化,而执行力文化对一个公司的生死存亡具有至关重要。本文通过对国内企业执行力文化的现状进行分析,挖掘出国内企业在构建企业执行力文化中所存在的领导层缺乏率先垂范、制度的不完善、员工个人执行力不足、不重视员工培训等问题,并明确从领导层身体力行、建立合理的制度保障、提高员工的执行力、完善培训制度等方面提出具体的措施。22149 毕业论文关键词:执行力; 执行力文化; 员工培训
Discussion on the Construction of Enterprise Executive Ability Culture -- A Case Study of A Company
Abstract: With the gradual increasing in the degree of economic globalization, and the development of the continuous deepening of China's reform and opening up and communications technology, enterprise survival environment is deteriorating. In order to promote the execution of an enterprise, it must establish a culture, so execution culture is essential for the survival of an enterprise. Through analysising the present situation of the domestic enterprises execution culture,dig up some problems existing in the construction of execution culture,such as the leadership lack of governs incorruptibly,the system is not perfect, the staff is short of executive force and indifference the staff training.and definite put forward some suggestions from the following several aspects: the leadership practice、establishing a reasonable system of security、improving the execution of staff, perfecting the training system and so on.
