摘要:以河南省内企业为研究对象,探讨企业员工工作投入对职业成功的影响。通过对调查数据进行相关分析、回归分析、方差分析,结果表明:企业员工工作投入与职业成功呈显著正相关,企业员工工作投入是预测其职业成功的显著变量;不同性别、不同企业规模的企业员工在工作投入和职业成功上均不存在显著性差异;不同学历层次的企业员工在工作投入上不存在显著性差异,在职业成功上存在显著差异;而不同年龄层次、不同工作年限、不同的企业类别在企业员工工作投入和职业成功上均存在着显著性差异。22383 毕业论文关键词:企业员工;工作投入;职业成功
The influence of enterprise staff job involvement of career success
Abstract: Enterprises in henan province as the research object, this paper discusses enterprise staff job involvement influence on career success. Based on the survey data for correlation analysis, regression analysis, variance analysis, the results show that the enterprise staff job involvement and was significantly positively related to career success, enterprise staff job involvement is a significant variable in predicting the career success; Different gender, different scale of enterprise employees on job involvement and career success there is no significant difference; Different education level of employees do not exist significant differences on job involvement, there were significant differences in career success; And different age groups, different working years, different business category in the enterprise staff job involvement and there exists a significant difference in career success.
