The influence of enterprise staff job involvement of career success
Abstract: Enterprises in henan province as the research object, this paper discusses enterprise staff job involvement influence on career success. Based on the survey data for correlation analysis, regression analysis, variance analysis, the results show that the enterprise staff job involvement and was significantly positively related to career success, enterprise staff job involvement is a significant variable in predicting the career success; Different gender, different scale of enterprise employees on job involvement and career success there is no significant difference; Different education level of employees do not exist significant differences on job involvement, there were significant differences in career success; And different age groups, different working years, different business category in the enterprise staff job involvement and there exists a significant difference in career success.

前言
企业员工的工作投入对企业员工的职业成功有着重要的意义，工作投入不但可以改善员工的工作态度，进而对他们工作行为及工作绩效产生正面的影响，而且能够提升整个团队成员或组织的效能。特别是在现今经济全球化日趋明显，企业之间竞争越来越激烈的形势下，为了赢得竞争的优势，企业日益注重提高员工的工作投入度，希望员工能在工作中表现出更高的工作热情、更佳的工作状态、更专注的工作品质。本研究在以往工作投入理论的基础上，对原有理论做了进一步的推广和发展，重点研究企业员工工作现状及对职业成功的影响。在此基础上对企业员工提出建议，这有助于员工个人的职业成功和企业整体绩效的提升，因此本研究对提高企业竞争力具有实践意义。
