摘要:随着知识经济的到来,如何建立比较公平合理的薪酬制度,激励、吸引和留住优秀人才,已成为提高企业核心竞争力的关键因素。以国内某大型厨房电器A公司为例,分别采用文献资料法、面谈法、调查问卷法等研究方法,从公平理论的角度来分析A公司的薪酬管理现状。再按照薪酬管理体系设计的一般流程,对A公司薪酬管理体系进行完善再设计,使得A公司薪酬管理体系具有科学性、合理性、公平性和竞争性。23803 毕业论文关键词:薪酬;薪酬管理体系;公平
The Diagnosis and Improvement of A Company Compensation Management System——In a fair point of view
Abstract:With the arrival of knowledge economy , How to set up a scienific compensation management system and motivate,attract and retain talents have become a key factor to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.A large kitchen appliance manufacturers in domestic branch of A company as an example,it used literature method,interviewmethod,questionnaire method and so on to analyze the current situation of compensation management of A company from the perspective of equity theory.According to the general process of the design of salary management system,A company improved the salary management system design again to make it scientific,reasonable,fair and competitive.
