摘要:领导风格是造成员工心理压力的重要影响因素之一。本文以企业员工为研究对象,构建出了员工直属领导风格与员工心理的关系模型,并在此基础上进行实证分析。研究结果表明,领导风格与员工心理压力之间呈负相关关系,领导风格中的命令式、参与式、对员工心理压力影响比较显著,但任务导向式和关系导向式领导风格对员工心理压力影响不显著。进而为企业在日常管理活动中,如何寻找合适的领导方式,文护人际关系和稳定员工队伍,提升工作绩效提供一些建议。24030 毕业论文关键词:员工;领导风格;心理压力
Research on the Relationship between leadership style and employee’s stress
Abstract: Leadership style is one of the important factors to cause psychological stress of staff. Based on the enterprise employees as research object, constructs the relationship model of employeedirectly under the leadership and employee's psychology, and on the basis of empirical analysis. The results showed that, there was a negative correlation between leadership style and psychologicalpressure, command, leadership style of participation, theemployees' psychological pressure significantly, but the impact oftask oriented and relationship oriented leadership on employees' psychological pressure is not significant. And for the enterprises in the daily management activities, how to find the right leadership,the maintenance of interpersonal relationships and the stability of staff, improve work performance and provides some suggestions.
