摘 要：近年来，我国物流行业发展速度较快，物流企业之间的竞争日益加剧，物流企业在为人们生活提供便利服务的同时。由于物流企业之间的残酷竞争，加上物流企业的资源利用程度比较低，影响了物流企业物流园区的正常发展，在共享物流发展理念深入影响物流行业发展的形势下，研究物流企业物流园区共享物流理念落实的发展状况，对于物流企业物流园区提高发展能力水平，改善发展能力状况具有重要意义。本文以“共享物流”在C物流园区升级改造中的应用为研究对象，以C物流园区为例进行，在介绍共享物流理念和物流园区理论基础和C物流园区发展现状的基础上，从基础设施建设、信息化平台建设、物流管理三个方面分析共享物流理念在C物流园区升级改造中的应用情况，提出相应的对策建议从而提升共享物流理念在C物流园区升级改造中的应用能力。

Abstract：In recent years, the development of logistics industry in China is fast, the competition between logistics enterprises is increasing, and logistics enterprises provide convenient services for people's life. Because of the cruelty competition among logistics enterprises and the low utilization of resources in logistics enterprises, it affects the normal development of logistics parks in logistics enterprises. Under the situation that the concept of shared logistics development is deeply affected by the development of logistics industry, the development status of the implementation of the concept of sharing material flow in logistics park is studied. It is of great significance to improve the level of development and improve the development capacity of logistics parks.Based on the application of "shared logistics" concept in the upgrading and upgrading of C logistics park, The paper is taking C Logistics Park as an example，On the basis of introducing the concept of shared logistics and the theoretical foundation of logistics park and the development status of the C logistics park,analyzing the application of shared logistics concept in the upgrading and transformation of C logistics park from three aspects of infrastructure construction, information platform construction and logistics management and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the application ability of shared logistics concept in the upgrading and transformation of the C logistics park.
