摘要:纵观我国企业当前的发展,其在专利形式方面并没有形成十分健康稳定的局面。中国公司普遍忽视自主专利导致企业缺乏竞争力,这对于企业自身的发展十分不利,竞争力一度匮乏,国内、国际市场堪忧,拓展不利,秩序不良,市场前景也就不够广阔。在全球电子娱乐行业中,日本在此方面的发展十分迅速,特别是其著名的索尼公司,以其独特的产品风格和雄厚的科技水平领先全球,着力引领着世界视听、游戏产品的发展,特别在关键部件和信息领域,其有着深入的研究,对全球通讯产业的发展做出了突出的贡献,同时,其也广泛涉猎音乐、影视领域,力求扩大其产业规模,打造新一轮集成产业,强化其计算机在线娱乐的效能。

索尼的专利战略无疑是成功的,中国的企业应该学习索尼公司制定的专利战略,将自身在竞争环境中所处的地位、研发能力、经济实力以及相关发展战略与之主动、灵活的结合应用,形成具有中国特色的专利战略体系。只有自身具备了竞争力,才能保住国内市场,同时在激烈的国际竞争中处于领先地位。

SONY's patent strategy is successful, the Chinese enterprises should learn from SONY patent strategy of the development of the company, its position in the competition environment, research and development capacity, economic strength and related development strategy, active and flexible with the use of patent strategy system with Chinese characteristics.
