摘  要：全域旅游对旅游业发展有着很大的推动作用，同样促进了乡村旅游的发展。本文通过文献研究法，描述性研究法以及经验总结法，以高邮市乡村旅游为例，结合高邮市乡村旅游发展的状况在全域旅游视角下进一步明确高邮市乡村旅游存在的问题：产业联动经营管理意识落后，旅游产品太过单一的问题，服务水平低、生态环境保护不当等问题,并且提出相应的解决措施。这对落实全域旅游发展观促进乡村旅游融合发展有着重要的现实意义。

Abstract：Global tourism has a great role in promoting development of tourism, and also promoted the development of rural tourism.In this paper, through literature research, descriptive study and experience summary method, taking gaoyou rural tourism as an example, combining the status of gaoyou rural tourism development in the perspective of global tourism further defined gaoyou rural tourism: the problems existing in the industrial linkage management consciousness, backward tourism products is too single, such problems as low level of service, ecological environment protection, and puts forward corresponding solving measures.The fusion of global tourism development to promote rural tourism development has important practical significance.

一  引言

（一）选题背景

全域旅游的重点是旅游资源的重新整合，进而推动相关旅游产业、旅游产品、旅游服务的协调性与统一性，因此，全域旅游对于旅游行业的发展有着十分重要的发展意义。因此，本文以全域旅游视角下的乡村旅游融合为课题，结合高邮市乡村旅游发展为例，在整理和收集相关全域旅游、乡村旅游开发与发展相关的文献成果基础上，展开论文的探讨，以促使论文撰写拥有良好的理论参考价值，其论文研究具备了一定的理论研究意义；与此同时，论文撰写结合高邮市乡村旅游为例，明确并分析在高邮市乡村旅游的发展现状，并在全域旅游视角下，基于现有的问题进一步明确高邮市乡村旅游存在的不足，并提出解决措施，这对落实全域旅游发展观促进乡村旅游融合发展有着重要的现实意义。
