The problems and countermeasures research about the small and medium-sized enterprise salary management——take Qingdao XX company for an example
Abstract: In modern times, when compared with large enterprises, many small and medium-sized private enterprises are lack of resources and system management, when compared with state-owed enterprises, they are also lack of welfare treatment. As the scale of some small and medium-sized enterprises is expanding, the number of employees is growing, and the management system can become the bottleneck of the development of enterprise. So it’s very important to regulate and improve the enterprise management. From the perspective of salary management, this paper mainly discusses the problems in salary management of Qingdao XX company,and then put forward the corresponding improment strategies.
